Every mentor at Neuronest works in the field — not just teaches about it. They bring current project experience into review sessions, which means feedback that reflects how AI work actually operates.

Mentors Who Work in the Field
There's a significant difference between someone who has taught AI for years and someone who has built AI systems for years. Our mentors are the second type. They currently work — or have recently worked — on real production AI projects, which means the feedback they give reflects current practices, not textbook theory from several years ago.
This shows up in small ways during review sessions: they'll flag that a particular approach is technically correct but would never pass a code review at most companies, or point out that a tool you're learning has been substantially replaced. That kind of current knowledge can't be scripted into pre-recorded content.

Same Mentor Throughout Your Track
We don't rotate mentors. The person who reviews your code in week 2 is the same person in week 8 — they know your work and your patterns.

We keep cohorts small enough for mentors to give specific feedback — not generic responses that could apply to any learner.
Up-to-Date Tools, Practical Focus
AI tooling changes quickly. A course that was accurate two years ago may now reference deprecated libraries or outdated workflows. We review and update our track content at least twice a year, and mentors flag outdated elements in real time.
The Applied Machine Learning Studio and Career-Readiness Track both place emphasis on deployment and production considerations — not just model training. This includes how to evaluate a model in a way that holds up beyond the training dataset, how to structure a project for maintainability, and how to think about the whole system rather than just one component.

Support That's Actually Available
We're a small team based in Bangkok. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 ICT, with limited Saturday availability. When you send a message, a person responds — not an automated system. Typically within a few hours during working hours.
This extends into the tracks: if you're stuck on something between sessions, you can reach your mentor by message and usually get a response the same working day. Being stuck for three days waiting for a weekly session is not how we want the experience to work.
Bangkok-Hours Response Times
Our team operates on ICT — same timezone as most of our learners. Same-day responses during working hours are the norm, not the exception.
Between-Session Mentor Access
Learners can message their mentor between weekly sessions for clarification, debugging help, or direction on a project decision.
Peer Community Within Each Track
Cohorts share a discussion space. Learners work through similar problems at the same time — peer support adds another layer of help that mentors alone can't provide.
Transparent Pricing, No Extras
All three tracks are priced in Thai Baht with everything included: curriculum access, weekly mentor sessions, code reviews, project materials, and community access. There are no platform fees, add-on purchases for mentor access, or upgrade tiers to unlock course content.
The AI Foundations Track at ฿3,600 is deliberately accessible as an entry point. The Applied Machine Learning Studio at ฿18,000 reflects the depth of project work and mentor hours involved. The Career-Readiness Track at ฿35,500 is a significant investment of time and money — we're straightforward about that, and about what it does and doesn't include.

Three Things We Do Differently
No Rotation — Consistent Mentors
Most platforms assign a different TA or mentor each week. We assign one mentor per learner for the full track. They learn your patterns, remember your project context, and give feedback that builds on what they've already seen in your work.
Three-Track Progression, One School
The Foundations Track, ML Studio, and Career-Readiness Track are designed as a connected progression — not standalone products from different providers. Completing one track makes the next one smoother, and mentors understand the whole path.
Pre-Enrolment Conversations
Before anyone pays for a track, we encourage a conversation with a mentor. Not a sales call — an actual discussion about your current background, your goals, and which track is most appropriate. We'd rather give honest guidance than enrol someone into the wrong programme.
